特诺辞职，伊坎企业任命帕帕波斯托卢首席执行官

Carl Icahn's investment company Icahn Enterprises (IEP) said on Wednesday it has promoted CFO Ted Papapostolou to president and CEO, effective immediately.
Papapostolou, who has been CFO since November 2021 and a director since December 2021, succeeds Andrew Teno, who has resigned as CEO and board member to relocate and pursue another opportunity closer to home.
The company said Teno’s departure was not due to any disagreement.
Papapostolou joined Icahn Enterprises in 2007 and has held several senior finance roles, including chief accounting officer. He also serves on the board of Caesars Entertainment (CZR).
The company promoted Robert Flint to CFO, succeeding Papapostolou. Flint, who has served as chief accounting officer since 2023, was also appointed to the board.
Chairman Carl Icahn thanked Teno for his contributions, while Teno said he leaves confident in the firm’s leadership and future.
