卡特任命Sharon Price John为CEO,取代Douglas Palladini

- Carter's Inc (CRI) announced that Sharon Price John has been appointed as the chief executive officer and president, effective June 15, 2026, and will join the board.
- Richard F. Westenberger will serve as interim CEO and president alongside his CFO/COO role until the transition.
- John joins from Build-A-Bear Workshop, where she led 13 years of growth, profitability improvement, and business transformation.
- Her prior experience includes leadership roles at Stride Rite, Hasbro, and Mattel. Douglas C. Palladini has departed as CEO, President, and board member effective immediately.
- The company reaffirmed its Q1 and full-year fiscal 2026 outlook and will report earnings on May 6, 2026.
