Epsium Enterprise任命新首席财务官

  • Epsium Enterprise (EPSM) said on Thursday it appointed Ching Wan Wong as CFO effective immediately, succeeding Ming Yin Gordon Au Yeung, who stepped down on April 30.
  • The company stated that Au Yeung’s departure was not due to any disagreement related to operations, policies, or practices.
  • The company said Wong brings more than 20 years of experience spanning financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across U.S. and Hong Kong-listed firms.
  • Most recently, he served as CFO and Head of Reporting at Intelligent Living Application Group , where he oversaw SEC compliance and financial disclosures. His background also includes advisory work on Hong Kong Stock Exchange and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission listing requirements.
