CC智能解决方案首席财务官将离职，任命临时替代者

CCC Intelligent Solutions (CCC) on Thursday said its chief financial and administrative officer, Brian Herb, will leave the company effective May 25, 2026, to pursue another opportunity.
The company said Rodney Christo, currently senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer, will assume the role of interim CFO following Herb’s departure while a successor is sought.
Herb will remain as an advisor after leaving.
Separately, CCC reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of $281.3 million, up 12% year-on-year, and adjusted EBITDA of $120.2 million, compared with $99.1 million a year earlier.
