United Community Banks (NYSE: UCB) said on Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Jefferson Harralson will retire after nearly a decade with the company.
Harralson will remain in his role through the end of the year to support a transition, while the bank has engaged Korn Ferry to conduct a nationwide search for his successor.
