斗牛士资源公司宣布CFO和COO领导层晋升

- Matador Resources Company (MTDR) on Monday said it has promoted Christopher P. Calvert to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Glenn W. Stetson to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective April 21, 2026.
- Calvert succeeds Robert T. Macalik as CFO, while Stetson assumes the COO role.
- The company said Macalik’s departure from the CFO position was not related to any financial, accounting, or operational disagreement.
- Matador said both executives have more than a decade of leadership experience within the company and around 20 years of industry experience, and the changes are intended to support execution, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
