Suja Life启动IPO路演，目标每股21 - 24美元

Suja Life (SUJA) on Monday said it has begun the roadshow for its initial public offering of 8,888,889 Class A shares, with a price range of $21 to $24 per share.
Of the total shares, 8,688,170 are being offered by the company and 200,719 by a selling stockholder.
The company and the selling stockholder also plan to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares.
Suja Life has applied to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “SUJA.”
Proceeds from the offering will be used to acquire LP units in Suja Life Holdings, L.P., which will in turn use funds to repay debt, make payments to certain employees and directors, and cover offering-related expenses.
The offering is subject to market conditions, and the registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has not yet become effective.
