Cango (CANG) appointed Simon Ming Yeung Tang as CFO, effective April 22, 2026.
Mr. Tang, previously the company's Chief Investment Officer, steps into the role amid its operations as a global Bitcoin miner.
Simon Ming Yeung Tang replaces Yongyi Zhang as CFO and also joins the board as a director.
This follows Cango's 2025 pivot to Bitcoin mining, which involved prior leadership shifts like Zhang's initial return as CFO in July 2025.
