- Arlo Technologies (ARLO) (NYSE: ARLO) on Thursday said it has completed the acquisition of Aloe Care Health, expanding its software-as-a-service platform into aging-in-place and wellness care services.
- The deal adds AI-powered medical alert and fall prevention capabilities to Arlo’s offerings, targeting the growing population aged 65 and older.
- Arlo said the acquisition supports its strategy to expand into new markets and enhance its portfolio of smart home services, with a focus on healthcare and caregiving solutions.
- Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
