CareCloud (CCLDO) on Tuesday said it has secured a $50M credit facility with Citizens Bank and Provident Bank, while also announcing plans to fully redeem its Series B preferred stock.
The company said the credit facility, led by Citizens Bank, will support its operations and growth initiatives.
CareCloud also said it will redeem all outstanding Series B preferred shares on May 15, eliminating about $3.2 million in annual dividend obligations and simplifying its capital structure.
The company said the moves are aimed at lowering financing costs, improving liquidity, and supporting expansion of its AI-driven healthcare technology platform.
CCLD -1.42% premarket to $2.76.
