Concorde宣布收购后将股票代码更改为YOOG

  • Concorde International Group (CIGL) announced it will change its ticker symbol to “YOOV” following the completion of its acquisition of YOOV Group.
  • The company has entered into an all-share merger agreement with YOOV, valuing the AI automation firm at $600M.
  • Post-merger, YOOV will become a wholly owned subsidiary, and Concorde plans to rebrand and adopt the YOOV name and ticker.
  • "The adoption of the ticker symbol "YOOV" reflects our strategic evolution into a broader technology-driven platform, as we integrate complementary capabilities to strengthen our overall value propositions," said said Alan Chua, Chairman and CEO.
