Cheer (CHR) will implement a 1-for-3 share consolidation effective April 6, 2026, to combine every three shares into one.
The consolidation will reduce outstanding Class A shares from about 4.69M to roughly 1.56M.
Share capital structure will be adjusted, including increasing Class A par value from $0.05 to $0.15 per share.
The move is primarily aimed at boosting the share price to maintain Nasdaq listing compliance.
