Avis Budget Group (CAR) entered an equity distribution agreement to sell up to 5M shares through multiple major sales agents.
The company can also sell shares directly to agents acting as principals under separate agreements.
Avis Budget has no obligation to sell any shares and may suspend the offering at any time.
Proceeds, if any, will be used for general corporate purposes.
