ocket Mobile筹集50万美元有担保次级票据

  • Socket Mobile (SCKT) announced  on Monday that it had completed a $0.5M secured subordinated convertible note financing.
  • The proceeds will be used for working capital purposes.
  • The notes had a three-year term, maturing March 27, 2029, with interest of 10% payable quarterly.
  • The company said the notes had been secured by its assets, subordinated to senior debt with Western Alliance Bank, and convertible at $0.90 per share.
  • Chairman Charlie Bass had participated in the financing.
