Avis Budget股价因即将出售股票而面临压力

Shares of Avis Budget Group (CAR) are down more than 7% into Monday’s open as the car rental company disclosed plans to sell 5M shares after the close on Friday.
The sale will be conducted “from time to time” and will be made at the market. Agents who facilitate any sale will be compensated at 2% of the gross sale price.
The proceeds of the sale will be used for general corporate purposes.
