- Unusual Machines (UMAC) fell nearly -13% on Friday after the drone parts maker priced an offering of 8.8M shares at a price of $17.00 per share to raise around $150M.
- Participation in this offering includes a strategic investment from Ondas (ONDS) along with fundamental institutional investors.
- The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to acquire additional inventory, for working capital needs, and for general corporate purposes.
