Prestige Consumer Health以10.45亿美元收购Breathe Right

Prestige Consumer Healthcare (PBH) to acquire the Breathe Right brand and other over-the-counter health products from Foundation Consumer Brands for $1.045 billion in cash under a definitive agreement, according to a filing.
The acquired portfolio includes Dimetapp and Anbesol with $200 million in revenue and $95 million in EBITDA. The deal is expected to close in H1 fiscal 2027.
Prestige plans to finance the acquisition with cash on hand and a new term loan.
Prestige Consumer Healthcare (PBH) rose 1.6% in premarket trading.
