Gauzy在董事会任命后恢复纳斯达克合规性

- Gauzy (GAUZ) on Thursday said it has regained compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements following the appointment of Joseph Tenne to its board of directors.
- Tenne will serve as chair of the audit committee and a member of the compensation committee, the company said.
- Gauzy said the appointment, along with recent additions to its board, brings it into compliance with Nasdaq rules on board and committee independence.
- Tenne currently serves on the boards of AudioCodes (AUDC) and MIND C.T.I. (MNDO), among others, the company added.
- MNDO +1.73% premarket to $1.17.
