Constellium批准新的3亿美元股票回购计划至2028年

Constellium SE (CSTM) authorized a new share repurchase program of up to $300M.
The program will take effect after the company’s annual general meeting on May 21, 2026.
The new plan replaces the existing share buyback program approved in February 2024.
The buyback authorization will run until December 31, 2028.
Constellium may repurchase shares through open market or privately negotiated transactions.
CSTM shares down 5.6% post-market.
