KLA Corp.制定70亿美元股票回购计划，提高股息

KLA Corp. (KLAC) announced a $7B share repurchase program and raised its quarterly dividend by 21% to $2.30 per share, up from $1.90, ahead of its Investor Day event on Thursday.
The new buyback authorization is in addition to the company’s existing program, which had $3.944B remaining as of Dec. 31, 2025. KLA also said it expects to reaffirm its guidance for the current quarter during the event.
KLAC shares fell -1% to $1,450 premarket.
