- Sally Johnson will leave Pearson.
- Simon Robson will join Pearson on 30 March 2026 following a planned succession process.
- He will assume the role of Group CFO and executive director on 8 May 2026 after a coordinated transition with Sally Johnson.
- Pearson said it enters 2026 with momentum and expects mid-single digit underlying sales growth in 2026.
- The company reaffirmed its medium-term outlook as outlined in its full-year results announced on 27 February 2026.
- PSO shares down 4% premarket.
