- Arcosa (ACA) to sell its barge business, Arcosa Marine Products to Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. for $450M in cash.
- The barge unit, part of the Transportation Products segment, generated $383M in revenue and $68M in adjusted segment EBITDA in 2025.
- Arcosa Marine Products manufactures inland barges, fiberglass covers, winches, and marine hardware under brands like Arcosa Marine, Nabrico, and Wintech, with operations along U.S. inland waterways.
- The net proceeds are expected to fund investments in core areas and debt reduction.
- The deal is expected to close in Q2 2026 pending regulatory approvals.
- "We have an active pipeline of investment opportunities, both organic and inorganic, and plan to prioritize the allocation of capital toward our high growth, high-margin businesses," said Antonio Carrillo, president and CEO of Arcosa.
