This week insider transactions were seen across major companies like Oracle (ORCL) and American Express (AXP). The following transactions occurred between February 9 and February 13.

• Oracle (ORCL) CEO Clayton Magouyrk disclosed in a  filing that he sold 10,000 shares at an average price of $155.23 per share, for a total of $1.55M. Following the transaction, he continues to retain 134,030 shares.
• Goldman Sachs (GS) saw several executives  divest their holdings this week. Chief Financial Officer Denis Coleman sold 11,623 shares in the price range of $933.38 to $945.4 per share, for total proceeds of $10.94M. After the sale, he held 33,574 shares. Meanwhile, Chief Risk Officer Alex Golten sold shares worth $2.14M, and Executive Vice President John Rogers let go of shares worth $15.21M.
