SMX (NASDAQ:SMX) on Monday announced amendment to its equity line of credit (ELOC), increasing its total capital commitment to $250M and extends its capital runway into 2028,
The company said that the equity line of credit will provide multi-year operational visibility and the ability to execute without the pressure of near-term capital deadlines.
SMX -11.05% premarket to $14.08.
