阿卡迪亚房地产信托宣布管理团队的关键晋升和变动

- Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) on Friday promoted AJ Levine to EVP, Leasing and Development, adding oversight of property management and marketing. Levine joined the company in 2019 and was previously SVP.
- Erica Pipitone promoted to VP, Financial Reporting, overseeing SEC filings and technical accounting. Pipitone joined the company in 2020 and was previously Director, Financial Reporting.
- The company said Joseph Napolitano will retire as SVP and Chief Administrative Officer on or around April 1, 2026, after 31 years serving on the senior leadership team since 2007.
