Broadwind (BWEN) on Thursday reported preliminary full-year 2025 revenue in the range of $155 million to $160 million and net income between $4.7 million and $5.7 million, citing strong demand across its power generation, industrial, and energy markets.
The company also reported preliminary adjusted EBITDA of $8 million to $9 million for 2025.
It said a raw material supply issue at an OEM customer affected fourth-quarter throughput in its Heavy Fabrications segment but expects the issue to be resolved in the first quarter of 2026.
For 2026, Broadwind forecasts revenue of around $145 million and adjusted EBITDA of around $9 million, reflecting the sale of its Manitowoc, Wisconsin facility in September 2025, which contributed about $41 million of revenue in 2025.
Consensus for FY25 and Q4 revenues are $157.38M and $36.71M.
The company said it will release full fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results on March 11, followed by a conference call later that day.
