• Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VIII, (HCIC) a special purpose acquisition company priced an upsized IPO of 21M units at $10 each, raising $210M.
• The units began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker "HCICU" on February 6, 2026, with each unit including one Class A ordinary share and a right to one-twentieth of a Class A share upon completing an initial business combination. Class A shares and rights will trade separately as "HCIC" and "HCICR," respectively. 
• The offering is expected to close on February 6, 2026.
