Torex Gold任命首席执行官继任者

Torex Gold Resources (TXG:CA) announced that president and chief executive officer Jody Kuzenko will retire following the annual and special shareholder meeting on June 17, 2026.
Chief financial officer Andrew Snowden will assume the role of president and CEO at that time.
Snowden has served as CFO since 2021 and will stand for election to the board of directors at the annual shareholder meeting.
Kuzenko will not stand for re-election to the board.
