绿地科技以610万美元的承销公开募股价格

- Greenland Technologies (Nasdaq: GTEC) on Wednesday said it has priced an underwritten public offering of 5,083,330 units at $1.20 per unit.
- Each unit consists of one ordinary share and four-fifths of one warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable for one ordinary share at $1.20 per share. The warrants are immediately exercisable and will expire three years from issuance.
- Gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be about $6.1 million before underwriting discounts and expenses.
- The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
- The offering is expected to close on or about January 29, subject to customary conditions.
- GTEC is -14.16% to $1.03.
