Jordanova is the founder and former CEO of Plan A, a carbon accounting and decarbonization platform recently acquired by Diginex.
Outgoing CEO Mark Blick stepped down effective immediately and will remain as a strategic advisor during the transition.
DGNX shares down 2% premarket.
