Runway Growth Finance (RWAY) commenced an underwritten offering of unsecured notes to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
If approved, the trading will potentially start within 30 days of issuance.
The interest rates and terms will be set at pricing.
Net proceeds will be used to repay outstanding debt—including up to $51.75 million of the company's 8.00% notes due December 2027—finance its prior SWK Holdings acquisition, and support general corporate purposes.
