ProPetro Holding (PUMP) on Monday announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 12.5M shares of its common stock, par value $0.001 per share.
The company intends to use the net proceeds it receives from the offering for general corporate purposes, including to fund growth capital for additional power generation equipment.
The company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.87M shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.
PUMP -4.21% after hours to $10.67.
