Blackstone (BX) and Arlington Industries on Monday said funds managed by Blackstone Energy Transition Partners have entered into an agreement to acquire Arlington, a designer and manufacturer of electrical products in the United States.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.
BX -0.71% premarket to $149.41.
