Cyclurion签署谅解备忘录收购Video Solutions

- Cycurion (NASDAQ:CYCU) on Thursday said it has entered into a memorandum of understanding to acquire the video-solutions division of Kustom Entertainment.
- The proposed transaction is valued at $6.0M to $8.4M, with $1.0M to $1.4M in cash and the balance to be paid in preferred stock.
- The acquisition intends to lift 2026 revenue by about $5.1M and add roughly $8.0M in backlog, providing strong visibility into future revenues.
- The transaction broadens the company’s customer reach and reinforces its combined public safety and cybersecurity ecosystem.
