Acadia Healthcare (ACHC) said Debra Osteen, former board member and former chief executive officer, has been appointed CEO, effective immediately.
Osteen, who has also been appointed as a member of the board, succeeds Chris Hunter, who is departing the company and its board.
Separately, Acadia reaffirmed its 2025 financial guidance for revenue of $3.28B-$3.30B (vs. $3.29B estimated), adjusted EBITDA of $601M-$611M, and adjusted earnings per share of $1.94 to $2.04 (vs. $2.05 estimated).
