Vericel Corporation (VCEL) on Tuesday said that it expects preliminary full-year 2025 revenue of about $276 million, with MACI sales accounting for $239.5 million and Burn Care revenue of $36.5 million.
The company said fourth-quarter total revenue and MACI revenue grew 23% year on year.
Vericel expects gross margins of 74% and adjusted EBITDA margins of 26%, with GAAP net income profitability for the second consecutive year.
Vericel reported a cash and investments position of $200 million with no debt and highlighted record MACI implants, trained surgeons, and continued commercial expansion.
Consensus for 2025 revenue is $274.11M.
