Upexi与Hivemind Capital达成Solana支持的3600万美元可转换票据交易

Upexi (UPXI) entered into a securities purchase agreement with Hivemind Capital Partners for a $36M Solana-backed convertible note.
The note carries a 1.0% interest rate, payable quarterly, with a 24-month maturity.
The fixed conversion price is set at $2.39/share, above the prior close of $2.12 at signing.
The note is collateralized by the locked SOL used in the transaction.
The offering is expected to close on or about January 14, 2026.
Upon closing, Upexi expects to hold more than 2.4M SOL in its Solana treasury.
