SunPower将股权信贷额度扩大至5500万美元

SunPower (SPWR) entered into an amendment to increase its equity line of credit with White Lion Capital from $30M to $55M.
The expanded ELOC provides SunPower with additional flexible access to capital at its discretion.
Under the ELOC structure, White Lion Capital agrees to purchase newly issued shares.
The facility allows SunPower to manage liquidity needs while minimizing potential shareholder dilution compared to a traditional equity offering.
