Immersion Corporation (IMMR) said it has received a delinquency compliance alert notice from Nasdaq after failing to timely file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended October 31, 2025.
The notice, received on December 23, follows earlier Nasdaq notifications regarding the company’s failure to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended April 30, 2025, and its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended July 31, 2025. These filings are required for continued listing under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1).
Immersion said it must submit an updated plan to regain compliance by January 7, 2026.
The company has previously disclosed that audit committee investigations at Immersion and its consolidated subsidiary, Barnes & Noble Education, will result in a restatement of previously issued financial information, delaying completion of the outstanding filings.
