惠生工程獲邀參編上海市《產線裝備工程碳覈算技術規範》 助力綠色工程標準體系建設，彰顯行業技術引領力

近日，上海市市場監督管理局正式下發通知，啟動2025年第三批上海市地方標準修訂項目計劃。惠生工程(中國)有限公司(以下簡稱「惠生工程」)憑藉其在綠色工程與低碳技術領域的長期積累與實踐成果，經上海生產性服務業促進會推薦，上海市經濟和信息化委員會審覈評估，成功獲邀參與《產線裝備工程碳覈算技術規範》地方標準的參編工作，同時參與該標準編制的還包括寶鋼工程技術集團有限公司、上海寶鋼節能環保技術有限公司、上海寶華國際招標有限公司、正泰國際工程有限公司等9家企業。這一重要參與，標誌着惠生工程在能源轉型、綠色低碳工程領域的專業能力獲得政府與行業認可，正式進入地方標準制定者行列。

Recently,the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation officially issued a notice,launching the third batch of Shanghai local standard revision projects for2025.Leveraging its long-term expertise and practical achievements in green engineering and low-carbon technologies,Wison Engineering Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Wison Engineering")was successfully invited to participate in the drafting of the local standard Technical Specification for Carbon Accounting in Production Line Equipment Engineering.This invitation followed a recommendation by the Shanghai Productive Service Industry Promotion Association and an assessment by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization.Nine enterprises joined the drafting process,including Baosteel Engineering Technology Group Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai Baosteel Energy Conservation and Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai Baohua International Tendering Co.,Ltd.,and Chint International Engineering Co.,Ltd.This significant involvement marks the recognition of Wison Engineering's Professional capabilities in Energy transition and green,low-carbon engineering by both the government and the industry,formally placing the company among the ranks of local standard developers.

隨着國家「雙碳」戰略的深入推進，建立科學統一的碳覈算體系成為推動經濟社會綠色轉型的重要基礎。產線裝備工程作為能耗與碳排放的關鍵環節，其碳覈算方法的規範性、可操作性，直接影響行業減排路徑的清晰度與措施有效性。上海市此次將《產線裝備工程碳覈算技術規範》納入地方標準修訂，旨在填補該領域的標準空白，為上海及長三角地區產業碳管理、綠色升級提供紮實的技術和規範依據。

With the deepening advancement of the National Dual Carbon Goals,establishing a SCIentific and unified carbon accounting system has become a crucial foundation for promoting the green transformation of the economy and society.As a key segment in Energy consumption and carbon emissions,the standardization and operational feasibility of carbon accounting methods for production line equipment engineering directly impact the clarity of industry emission reduction pathways and the effectiveness of corresponding measures.By incorporating the Technical Specification for Carbon Accounting in Production Line Equipment Engineering into its local standard revisions,Shanghai aims to fill the standard gap in this field,providing solid technical and normative support for industrial carbon management and green upgrades in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta region.
