北方信托宣布管理层变动

- Northern Trust (NTRS) stated on Wednesday that Clive Bellows, president of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and Guy Gibson, global head of institutional banking & markets, have been appointed co-presidents of Asset Servicing, effective January 1, 2026.
- Bellows and Gibson will be succeeding Teresa Parker, who will retire after more than 40 years with the company.
- Melanie Pickett, head of asset servicing for the Americas, will assume the newly created role of CTO.
- All three executives will report to CEO Michael O’Grady, with Gibson and Pickett joining Bellows on the Northern Trust Leadership Team.
- Bellows will continue as EMEA president. He joined Northern Trust in 2011 and has held senior roles, including head of global fund services for EMEA and country head for Ireland, with experience leading major acquisition integrations and supporting global investment managers.
- Gibson will bring his expertise across banking, treasury, corporate and institutional lending, and capital markets, and joined the company through the acquisition of Aviate Global, which he co-founded.
- Pickett brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across strategy, operations, and technology. Pickett joined Northern Trust in 2017 and previously spent many years in Morgan Stanley’s Global Wealth Management division.
