Pentair (PNR) said on Monday it will raise its quarterly cash dividend by 8% and has authorized a new $1 billion share repurchase program.
The company said it will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share on February 6, 2026, to shareholders of record on January 23, 2026, up from its prior rate. Pentair said 2026 will mark its 50th consecutive year of annual dividend increases.
Pentair’s board also approved a new share repurchase authorization of up to $1 billion, effective immediately and expiring on December 31, 2028.
The new program supplements an existing authorization under which $225 million remained available as of the announcement.
