利元亨的精密製片疊片一體機覆蓋從穿戴類小型電芯到動力使用大型電池的多種疊片工藝,包括:Z字型疊片、傳統切疊一體機、激光切疊一體機、熱複合疊片機等。當前,利元亨的動力疊片效率最高可達0.1s/pcs,整體對齊度控制在±0.3mm以內,飛切製片效率達到240PPM,良品率高達99.5%。高速熱複合疊片機,集成了放卷、衝切製片、熱複合等多項功能於一體,採用高精度疊片CCD自動視覺系統,能夠實現每層極片每個角位的100%對齊度檢測,顯著提升了產品的可靠性和一致性。

Lyric's intelligent coating machine adopts an ultra-wide 1800mm design, representing a 12.5% increase compared to the industry average. With a peak operating speed of up to 150m/min, it significantly enhances production efficiency. Through its precision control system and innovative processes, the equipment effectively addresses common issues such as appearance defects and dimensional inaccuracies in traditional coating procedures, ensuring high quality and stability in battery production.
Lyric's precision stacking and laminating integrated machine covers various stacking processes for applications ranging from wearable small cells to large power batteries. These include: Z-type stacking, traditional cut-and-stack integrated machines, laser cut-and-stack integrated machines, and thermal composite stacking machines. Currently, Lyric's power battery stacking efficiency can reach up to 0.1s/pcs, with overall alignment precision controlled within ±0.3mm. Its flying-cut lamination efficiency achieves 240PPM, and the product yield rate reaches as high as 99.5%. The high-speed thermal composite stacking machine integrates multiple functions such as unwinding, punching and cutting, and thermal compositing into a single system. Equipped with a high-precision CCD automatic vision system for alignment, it enables 100% alignment detection for every corner of each electrode layer, significantly enhancing product reliability and consistency.
