Arteris (AIP) said on Thursday that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cycuity, a provider of semiconductor cybersecurity assurance.
The addition of Cycuity’s technology and expertise strengthens Arteris’ product portfolio, enabling chip designers to understand and improve data movement security in chiplets and SoCs.
