Symbotic推出1000万股发行

Symbotic Inc. - Class A Common Stock(SYM) 0

Symbotic (SYM)said it has begun an underwritten public offering of 10 million Class A shares, including 6.5 million offered by the company and 3.5 million by SVF Sponsor III [DE] LLC, an affiliate of SoftBank Group.
The company plans to grant underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 1.5 million additional shares.

Symbotic expects to use its share of proceeds for general corporate purposes, while the selling securityholder will receive proceeds from its portion of the sale.
SYM -12.83% after hours to $63.82.
