Voyager Technologies (VOYG) acquired Estes Energetics, a U.S. leader in energetics, propulsion materials and critical missile-defense compounds.
The acquisition gives Voyager end-to-end control over production, quality, and certification of energetics materials.
The deal creates full vertical integration from raw materials to ballistic release, strengthening the U.S. munitions industrial base and supply-chain resilience.
VOYG shares up 4.8% on Thursday.
