Onsemi授权从2026年开始回购60亿美元的股票

onsemi’s (ON) board approved a new three-year, $6B share repurchase program beginning January 1, 2026.
The new authorization will replace the current $3B program expiring on December 31, 2025.
Under the existing program, onsemi repurchased $2.1B of stock over three years.
The company allocated roughly 100% of its 2025 free cash flow to share repurchases.
ON shares up 4.5% post-market.
