Aetna在其网站上为会员介绍会话式,生成式AI
2025-11-19 02:40
- Aetna, the health insurer owned by CVS Health (CVS), is unveiling a new conversational, generative AI feature on its website and mobile app that allows members to ask questions and get answers in plain language.
- The company calls the new product "immersive assistance" that doesn't require a user to use a chat bot.
- Aetna said that in a first for the health insurance industry, the new capability has "dynamically generated rich user interface (GenUI) components that complement the response such as maps, charts, financial breakdowns, and informational cards tailored to the question asked."
- Members can also ask questions such as finding a specialist within a certain distance that takes new patients or asking estimated costs for a procedure.
- Aetna added that in the first half of 2026, a voice enablement feature will be active allowing members to use the AI feature with normal two-way conversations.
