The telehealth company now sees 2025 revenue of $192M-$193M, from $250M-$255M prior. Consensus is $62.5M.
Adjusted EBITDA is now projected to be $3M-$4M.
On a GAAP basis, LifeMD's net loss narrowed in the quarter to ($0.10) per share compared to ($0.13) per share in the year-ago period.
In Q3, active telehealth subscribers increased 14% year-over-year to 310.8K.
LifeMD ended the quarter (Sept. 30) with ~$23.8M in cash compared to ~$35M on Dec. 31, 2024.
