Royal Gold's International Royalty Unit Inks Agreement To Sell 11.8M Common Shares Of Versamet Royalties Each To Tether Investments, Nemesia At CA$8.75/Share For Total Price Of ~CA$207M

皇家黃金公司（納斯達克股票代碼：RGLD）（連同其子公司「Royal Gold」或「公司」、「我們」或「我們的」）今天宣佈，其全資子公司國際皇家公司（「IRC」）已與Tether Investments，SA各自簽訂了買賣協議de C.V.（「Tether」）和Nembitration S.à.r. l（「Nembitration」），據此，IRC同意以每股普通股8.75加元的價格向Tether出售Versamet Royalties Corporation（「Versamet」）的11，827，272股Versamet普通股給Nembitration，總代價為206，977，268.75加元。這些銷售是在Versamet董事會的支持下進行的。2025年10月20日，IRC收購Sandstorm Gold Ltd.（「Sandstorm」）后，IRC與Sandstorm Gold Ltd.（「Sandstorm」）的繼任者合併，IRC成為Versamet股份的註冊受益持有人。
